Do I need a monthly plan?
No. Pay as you go remains available. Starter, Basic, and Pro are optional monthly plans for customers who want recurring credits and lower eligible service rates. Business and Enterprise are larger one-time purchases.
How long do plan credits stay available?
Each monthly credit grant stays available through the end of your next billing cycle. Any unused subscription credits then expire. One-time credits are separate and retain their original terms.
How does volume pricing work for Skip Trace?
Your PAYG rate is selected from the submitted file size. You are charged only for hits that return at least one phone or email; rows with neither are not charged. If an eligible plan rate is lower, the checkout shows that option before submission.
What is the minimum charge on a Skip Trace job?
The minimum PAYG charge for a normal homeowner Skip Trace job is $1. Advanced and Property Lookup workflows can carry a higher minimum, shown before checkout.
What happens to rows with no result?
Skip Trace is pay per hit. A hit means at least one phone or email is returned. Rows with neither are not billed as hits, so there is no later unmatched-row refund step to wait for.
Do you offer enterprise rates above 25K records?
Yes. The 25K+ PAYG rate is $0.035 per hit. The Enterprise one-time pack provides credits at $0.03 each. Contact [email protected] for unusually large recurring volumes.
